The responsiveness was superb and the service was also. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and the financial dept was very well prepared. We were offered extras and options but never pressured. In all good faith, I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Touring. When I spoke to various people at the dealership about the low mileage I was getting (the reputed excellent mileage one of the prime reasons I chose a Honda), I was given a variety of reasons for this low mileage, mileage no where near what Honda said I should be getting. Needed some advice on how to fix an error code on radio. Spoke to Jim Snyder and he gave me clear easy to understand instructions. Then his direct number to call if I had any problems. He is always cheerful and makes visits and calls pleasant. I appreciate the great service!!!!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I did the DREADED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Pushy salesmen,false promises,and then the finance manager-- giving your pages of paper to sign with dollar amounts only " RAINMAN" would understand.
